Reservations are held by credit card only.
Cancellations made seven (7) days prior to arrival date will receive a refund minus a $10.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date will be charged one nights stay; minus a $10.00 processing fee to receive a refund.
